RETAINER PROGRAMS
01. HOURLY RATE
Your program will consist of a predetermined number of hours each month. By committing to a greater number of hours, you can achieve additional savings. If you exceed the allotted hours, any extra time will be charged at the standard hourly rate associated with your selected package.
03. PAYMENT & INVOICING
An invoice will be issued to you on the first day of every month. Each invoice will reflect the retainer program rate applicable for that month. To facilitate effective project management and workload planning, please note that hours cannot be carried over.
02. REDUCED PAPERWORK
You will be provided with a tailored proposal and contract designed to meet your specific requirements. This document will outline the duration of the contract, retainer information, invoicing processes, accepted payment methods, expected turnaround times, and cancellation terms.
04. SERVICE PRIORITY
Your commitment to us is valued, and in return, we are dedicated to serving you. By enrolling in a retainer program, you will benefit from prioritized service and expedited turnaround times. This also includes a monthly 30-minute strategy session.
